Individual Train The Trainer Dual Education.
We offer a special individual TTT workshop in English (oder auf Deutsch, bitte per E-Mail anfragen: individual-ttt@eahae.org).
It qualifies for EAHAE membership. Fast Internet and your horse(s) at home or your facility are required.
You can schedule the two days for your time zone. The price is 3,750 euros.
With the HorseDream concept, you get a structure which you can stick to exactly or that you can use as an orientation. Within this structure, you can be as creative as possible and contribute all your experience.
We designed this 2-day Train The Trainer seminar for horse trainers and riding teachers with leadership or coaching background. Also, for horse coaches without the HorseDream background.
You will get all exercises, all theory and almost all stories for taking the HorseDream concept into your work.
It is especially useful for corporate leadership and team development. However, you can also take it to educate young people at school or university.

Day 1
HorseDream Leadership Seminar Concept

Theory and HorseDream videos
a) The art of leadership
b) Goals and obstacles
Day 2
You practice the hands-on exercises with your horses and take videos—afterwards, feedback on your videos, discussion, questions & answers and some more theory.
You get a HorseDream certificate and can join the EAHAE network (190 euros per 12 months).
Cancellation policy:
25 % (within four weeks before the seminar, 50 %).
