Arrival: Thursday, September 19, late afternoon. Dinner together and personal or group talks 7 p.m. - 11 p.m.
Departure: Sunday, September 22, before noon. Hotel room release at 11 a.m.
The cancellation fee for the conference is 50 € before the 30th of June and 150 € before the 31st of August. If you have to cancel after August 31, there is no refund; however, you can send another person.
