The Corona crisis has released enormous creative potential. We have tried out whether horse assisted seminars are also possible online. The result: they are almost as emotional as our face-to-face seminars. And the findings are similarly fundamental although there is no direct contact with the horses.
For me, this was not really surprising. Many years ago, I gave a seminar with 15 participants only with video recordings and experienced the same thing.
We have now transferred the HorseDream one-day seminar "The Art of Leadership" into two different online formats, either as a one-day seminar or as four 90-minute units.
We offer this concept in a one-day Train the Trainer seminar for working with end customers.
Included are all videos, the transfer models, the possible questions for the discussion rounds, possible findings and a proposal for the evaluation. Everything can be used immediately as it is, but of course, it can also be customized.
We also discuss how the online concept can be applied in cooperation or combined with face-to-face seminars and provide information on the technology used.
