The Corona crisis has released enormous creative potential. We have tried out whether horse assisted seminars are also possible online. The result: they are almost as emotional as our face-to-face seminars. And the findings are similarly fundamental, although there is no direct contact with the horses.
For me, this was not really surprising. Many years ago, I gave a seminar with 15 participants only with video recordings and experienced the same thing.
We have now transferred the HorseDream one-day seminar "The Art of Leadership" into two different online formats, either as a one-day seminar or as four 90-minute units.
We only offer this concept to be used in addition to the face-to-face concept.
Included are all videos, the transfer models, the possible questions for the discussion rounds, possible findings and a proposal for the evaluation. Everything can be used immediately as it is, but of course, it can also be customized.
Included is also a 90-minute additional consulting.
The online material is also ideal for acquisition. The exercises, the transfer models and the results can be presented to HR managers and decision-makers in an impressive way,
