This is what distinguishes the HorseDream® EAHAE International certification as Horse Assisted Educator:
- An international concept for leadership seminars and team training that can be used immediately. Prerequisite: sound horse experience and target group know-how.
- A low time investment of two, three, four or six consecutive days. No basics are taught. You get the practical and theoretical tools for conducting the seminars.
- Cooperation and support in the EAHAE International Association for Horse Assisted Education with more than 300 trainers* from over 40 countries on all five continents.
The most significant advantage is the flexibility of our education and training. With the HorseDream concept, you get a structure which you can stick to exactly or which you can use as orientation. Within this structure, you can be as creative as possible and contribute with all your experience. If you are already trained as a horse coach but do not know how to work with managers and teams, it is best to book the first two days. Later you can book the other days individually or as a whole without any problems. If none of the dates fits, we will offer you individual training.
What is also included in the training:
- Snacks and refreshments during the workshop times.
- All video recordings of the practical exercises, separated by days/topics.
- The concept templates as files for text and logo adaptation.
- A promotional video with sequences from the workshop or as an interview for free use.
- Three times 30 minutes consultation/coaching by telephone or zoom.
- Twelve months membership in the EAHAE and use of the EAHAE logo for the period of membership (190 Euro for 12 months).
- Preferred dates for further consulting and coaching services by Gerhard Jes Krebs.

Certification as "Licensed HorseDream Partner" and the right to work with the entire HorseDream concept for end customers. The HorseDream Partner License requires EAHAE membership (12 months 190, 24 months 295, five years 550, lifetime 1.000 euros).
