HorseDream Partner License Workshops are offered in two formats.
In-person workshops are facilitated by experienced HorseDream License Holders at selected locations.
At Your Place, With Your Horses is different: you stay at your own location, work with your own horses and in your own arena, while Gerhard Jes Krebs personally facilitates the complete five-day workshop live via Zoom.
It is not a self-study online course. It is a live, interactive certification workshop combining theory, practical work with horses, observation, reflection, and discussion.
How does it work?
The workshop follows the same structure as an in-person HorseDream Partner License Workshop.
Gerhard teaches the theoretical parts live via Zoom. Throughout each day, you move between the seminar room and the arena — and back again.
In the arena, you carry out the practical HorseDream activities with your own horses.
Afterward, you return to the seminar room and discuss what happened: your observations, the horses' responses, the participants' experiences, and the implications for facilitating the activity with future clients.
This continuous rhythm of theory – experience – reflection is at the heart of the HorseDream learning process.
For the practical sessions, we strongly recommend having a second person with you. This person can operate the camera and also participate in the exercises. This gives you the opportunity to experience the activities from both perspectives: as facilitator and as participant.
The five-day program
Day 1 — The Art of Leadership
Leadership, presence, communication, responsibility, and trust.
Day 2 — Team Building
Experiential activities for teams and groups.
Day 3 — HorseDream Coaching
Working with horses in individual coaching processes.
Day 4 — Horse Assisted Change Management
Experiential approaches to change and transformation.
Day 5 — Organizational Constellation
Exploring structures, relationships, and organizational dynamics with the help of horses.

You learn HorseDream exactly where you intend to use it.
You work in your own arena, with your own equipment and, most importantly, with your own horses.
During the five days, you experience how your horses respond to the different HorseDream activities and learn how to integrate them into experiential learning processes.
When the workshop is over, you don't have to transfer what you learned with unfamiliar horses at another location to your own setting.
You have already been working in your future HorseDream environment from day one.

Becoming a Licensed HorseDream Partner
Upon successful completion of the workshop, you are entitled to:
- call yourself a Licensed HorseDream Partner
- use the HorseDream Partner logo
- offer programs based on the licensed HorseDream concepts
- become a certified member of EAHAE International — Association for Horse Assisted Education
EAHAE membership is currently €190 per 12 months and is not included in the workshop fee. For the duration of your membership, you may also use the EAHAE logo.
