Integral HorseMapping – Three-Day Certification Workshop
Since 2005, we have been developing and practising constellations with horses under the title Integral HorseMapping.
This innovative approach combines the depth of systemic constellations, the clarity of structural constellations, and the comprehensive perspective of Ken Wilber’s Integral Model. Horses, as authentic and sensitive partners, mirror invisible dynamics and open pathways for insight, clarity, and transformation.
What is Integral HorseMapping?
Integral HorseMapping is a unique method where horses act as representatives, mirrors, and catalysts within systemic constellations.
Their genuine responses reveal hidden dynamics in personal, organisational, and structural systems. Since horses react beyond masks and mental filters, participants can experience resolution not only cognitively but also emotionally and physically.
The integral dimension adds perspective: individual and collective, subjective and objective. This makes the work both profoundly personal and highly applicable to organisational and leadership contexts.
The Three-Day Workshop
Day 1 – Personal and Organisational Constellations
The first day begins with personal constellations, where participants explore individual stories and challenges with the help of horses.
The group then moves to organisational constellations, making visible the often-hidden structures, hierarchies, and dynamics of business and team life. Horses’ authentic reactions provide immediate, embodied feedback, offering clarity and surprising perspectives.
Day 2 – Structural and Integral Perspectives
The second day expands into structural constellations, focusing on abstract elements such as values, goals, vision, and systemic forces.
A special exercise is dedicated to the HorseDream EAHAE International framework, highlighting how vision, members, partners, and clients interact. The day concludes with Integrating the Big Three—I (The Beautiful), We (The Good), and It (The True)—an experiential reflection on the philosophical roots of Integral HorseMapping.
Day 3 – Change Management with Horses (Appreciative Inquiry)
The third day applies the Appreciative Inquiry cycle—Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny — to change processes. Each stage is brought to life in constellations with horses, creating a powerful and embodied experience of how positive change unfolds. Participants not only imagine new futures but also walk and ride through them, experiencing how vision, design, and destiny can be integrated into sustainable reality.
Why Participate?
• Experience over 20 years of development in horse-assisted systemic work.
• Learn a method that combines systemic constellations, the Integral model, and horse wisdom.
• Gain practical tools for personal development, organisational leadership, and change management.
• Leave with deep insights and embodied experience that cannot be achieved in traditional seminar settings.
Integral HorseMapping is more than a method. It is a way of seeing and experiencing systems, guided by the authenticity, presence, and sensitivity of horses.
