Training on the HorseDream concept for working with horses and companies will take place over two days.
The training includes HorseDream Change Management, which is based on David Cooperrider's "Appreciative Inquiry" and HorseDream Organizational Constellation.
The training will start at 9:30 a.m. on the first day at the Paddocktrail Schkölen (www.paddocktrail-schkoelen.de) and end around 5:00 p.m. on the second day.
